UTV Clutching

As most major UTV manufacturers utilize CTV transmissions, clutching or the controlling of belt engagement with springs and weights becomes crucial whenever power levels, gearing or wheel / tire combo changes are made. Clutching can have very specific effects on how UTVs perform and can be customized for the application. At HRC we can either go with tune manufacturer recommendations or “tweek” the clutch setup for specific customer needs. Clutching can typically be done quickly and substantially increase belt life and affect how your modified UTV performs.

Suspension upgrades

A-arms, ball joints, trailing arms and axles are all common casualties of the rocky Nevada terrain. We can help repair ore replace any UTV suspension component along with the addition of guards, skid plates and other aftermarket accessories to prevent future rides from getting cut short.
